We're seeing a lot of new home construction popping up in Sioux Falls, so today I want to shed some light on the newest and hottest neighborhoods. Most of these neighborhoods are on the outskirts of town, and if you live in them you've probably noticed a surge in activity. 

On the east side of town we're seeing a lot of activity in Copper Creek and Arbors Edge. On the southern side we're seeing Prairie Hills, Grand Prairie, and the Estates at Grand Prairie. Out west there is Memorial and Discovery, which are both new developments. 

We highly recommend using a Realtor when you're purchasing a newly-constructed property. Although you don't necessarily need one, we feel it's in your best interest to utilize our services to ensure that the builders are not taking advantage of your lack of real estate or building knowledge. We would simply prefer that you have someone on your side to ensure that you're getting the best deal possible.
