The second thing we look at is the inventory in the price point that you want to upgrade into. These factors will let you know if you are going to get top dollar for your current home and also if you are going to get some more bang for your buck when you upgrade to a higher price point.

What kind of interest rate do you have and what rate will you be trading up into?
